What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately process incoming chargebacks and returns, documenting them in audit reports
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including unauthorized transactions and chargebacks
- Review and sign off on audit reports to ensure accurate monthly chargeback reconciliation
- Submit compelling evidence packages to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks on behalf of merchants
- Communicate effectively with merchants regarding inquiries related to chargebacks and returns

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Payments Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of chargeback and ACH return guidelines set by card networks and financial institutions
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in MS Excel
