What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary payroll contact for all employees, addressing questions and resolving issues related to compensation and payroll discrepancies
- Administer and support payroll system processes, including monitoring time entries and troubleshooting system issues
- Lead payroll overview sessions during training for newly hired employees and provide ongoing training as needed
- Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with Scheduling and Operations to align hours worked, billed, and paid
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a high-volume or complex payroll environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping systems, and payroll compliance regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and prevailing wage projects is a plus
- Familiarity with UKG payroll system processes
