  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary payroll contact for all employees, responding to questions and resolving issues related to compensation, deductions, time reporting, and payroll discrepancies
  - Administer and support payroll system processes, including monitoring time entries and troubleshooting system issues
  - Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
  - Collaborate cross-functionally with Scheduling and Operations to ensure alignment between hours worked, hours billed, and hours paid
  - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including wage and hour laws
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a high-volume or complex payroll environment
  - Strong knowledge of payroll systems, timekeeping systems, and payroll compliance regulations
  - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with payroll systems, particularly UKG
  - Familiarity with Salesforce and prevailing wage projects
  - Background in training and development within payroll functions
