Work with a company whose mission is to empower the scientific community with accessible, high-performance genomic tools that accelerate discovery and improve human health! They're looking for a part-time Payroll Administrator to assist with day-to-day needs!
Qualifications
2 years of experience in payroll for 200+ employees
Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now
Strong customer service experience
Description
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Generate and distribute payroll reports, including earnings statements, tax filings, and other required documentation.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll.
Coordinate with HR to manage employee benefits, deductions, and contributions.
Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related matters and ADP system usage.
Ensure the ADP system is up-to-date and functioning correctly, including troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
