What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in processing and administering the company's payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
- Verify employee work hours, including regular time, overtime, and other pay adjustments
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and assist with data entry into the payroll system
- Support the calculation and processing of various deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide necessary documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role
- Basic understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP WFN payroll software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
