      About the Role

      Are you a numbers whiz who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Payroll & Accounting Specialist who’s passionate about accuracy, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career, we’d love to meet you!

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Process bi-weekly payroll like a pro—accurately and on time.
      • Review timecards, handle garnishments, and make sure everything adds up.
      • Be the go-to person for employee questions about pay, reimbursements, and benefits.
      • Prepare reports, support audits, and help keep us compliant with GAAP standards.
      • Enter and code accounts payable, and work with vendors to resolve any hiccups.
      • Keep sensitive information confidential and secure.
      • Jump in to support the accounting team with special projects and day-to-day tasks.

      What You Bring to the Table

      • 3+ years of payroll experience (you’ve done this before and you’re great at it!)
      • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (a must-have!)
      • Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
      • A degree in Business or Accounting? Even better!
      • Bonus points if you know Abila MIP Fund Accounting
      • Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a team-first attitude
