- Req#: 550649
- Process bi-weekly payroll like a pro—accurately and on time.
- Review timecards, handle garnishments, and make sure everything adds up.
- Be the go-to person for employee questions about pay, reimbursements, and benefits.
- Prepare reports, support audits, and help keep us compliant with GAAP standards.
- Enter and code accounts payable, and work with vendors to resolve any hiccups.
- Keep sensitive information confidential and secure.
- Jump in to support the accounting team with special projects and day-to-day tasks.
- 3+ years of payroll experience (you’ve done this before and you’re great at it!)
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (a must-have!)
- Solid skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A degree in Business or Accounting? Even better!
- Bonus points if you know Abila MIP Fund Accounting
- Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a team-first attitude
