Being responsible for HR operations across EMEA, focusing on payroll, employee benefits, and data management
Administer employee lifecycle documentation including contracts, terminations, and HR letters
Coordinate inputs for payroll, validate payroll reports, proceeding with payments and respond to HR and payroll inquiries
Being responsible for post payroll activities
Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
Collaborate with HR vendors and checking invoices
Cooperation with Finance on common processes
Participate in HR projects, process improvements and automations within the shared services model
Liaise with internal departments and external authorities as needed
Being responsible for any legal updates related to HR processes
Participating in internal and external audits and governmental statistics
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role with exposure to payroll and/or benefits or finance and accounting
Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical
Knowledge of systems (accounting/payroll/HR etc.)
Strong experience with Excel and enjoyment in working with numbers
Experience working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with labor laws and payroll or accounting standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work both: independently and on group projects
