- Process and input data in the payroll system and provide back-up support for the payroll team
- Perform and process audits, collect data, run reports, and provide analysis team leaders
- Manage and maintain the payroll email, inclusive of resolving and/or escalating employee questions and complaints regarding payroll
- Process payroll/time clock related requests
- Enter adjustments on pay rates, employee changes, and other relevant information
- Assist and troubleshoot employee payroll questions inclusive of NBB’s payroll systems
- Provide general administrative support, filing, data entry, phone support, etc.
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Payroll Coordinator
Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing general payroll and administrative support to the payroll team. The payroll coordinator will assist in collecting payroll data and timesheets, verifying work hours, data entry, timely responding or directing inquiries to the appropriate payroll team members, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will reside in the Northern Colorado area and will be able to work a hybrid remote schedule.
Essential Duties:
Education/ Experience/Skills:
• High School Level Education or equivalent
• 1 -2 Years experience with payroll administration a plus
Percent of Travel: 0%-10%
Working Conditions: Office
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $22.50-$25.50/hour
