      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication with internal and external customers
      - Review and audit timecards for accuracy and follow up on payroll errors with managers
      - Process payroll adjustments and ensure compliance with payroll policies and SOX controls
      - Provide first-level support and guidance to other Payroll Coordinators
      - Participate in testing activities for payroll system upgrades or new initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of four years' experience in payroll or accounting
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in a business discipline preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
      - Basic knowledge of Wage and Hour Laws desired
      - High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling payroll information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with PeopleSoft Payroll System and Kronos
      - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
      - Proven ability to work as a team player and meet critical deadlines
