      Pay Range: $19.15 to $26.80

      Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

      Full Time Human Resources Payroll Coordinator 2, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip Payroll area is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking, and change orientated support coworker. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing a wide variety of payroll responsibilities in order to ensure our bi-weekly payrolls for 38,000+ Retail and Support Center coworkers is accomplished on time and accurately.

      Responsibilities include:

      • Conduct a variety of confidential record updates in HRIS and other data maintenance.
      • Process time and attendance files and assist with general questions within time and attendance system.
      • Troubleshoot and correct out-of-balance conditions.
      • Ensure data compliance with company policies and government regulations
      • Running and creating reports for management and external agencies.
      • Child Support processing
      • Maintaining coworker profiles and making necessary changes.

      Qualifications:

      • At least 3 years’ experience processing multistate payroll.
      • Working knowledge of payroll data, processes and best practices as well as strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
      • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
      • Strong work ethic, team player, and high degree of professionalism and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
      • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills ability to communicate with various levels of management
      • Proven decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills
      • Organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
      • Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and UKG (Kronos) is a plus.

      Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
