- Respond to and resolve payroll inquiries.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting and entering data.
- Produce and distribute termination and retro pay adjustment checks.
- Run bi-weekly payroll for multiple groups.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from outside sources, including VOEs.
- Experience with high-volume payroll processing (minimum 2 years).
- Experience with garnishments, ad hoc payments, and unions.
- Proficiency with ADP Payroll systems.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Longevity in previous roles.
- Associates Degree or College Diploma (preferred).
- Experience with the person (preferred).
- Interest in potential for temp to perm positions.

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving payroll inquiries, maintaining payroll information by collecting and entering data, and producing and distributing termination and retro pay adjustment checks. You will also run bi-weekly payroll for multiple groups and respond to payroll inquiries from outside sources, including VOEs.

Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, but you will need to be in commutable distance to Los Angeles, CA. You will come into the office to issue ad hoc or termination checks as needed. The work environment is hybrid/remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
