      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate payroll activities for a group of ministries or service lines while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
      - Monitor payroll functions including tax setup, withholding, garnishments, and general processing
      - Support centralized management of payroll tax functions by completing payroll tax reports and performing audits
      - Ensure all aspects of the payroll cycle are processed, reconciled, audited, and transmitted accurately and timely
      - Maintain confidentiality of all payroll and human resources information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in accounting or human resources, or 3-5 years of progressively responsible payroll experience
      - Experience in a multi-entity and multi-state organization handling payroll processes and regulatory compliance
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to meet established deadlines
      - Proficiency in personal computer skills, particularly Excel; experience with Workday, Kronos, and ADP tax services is preferred
