- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports weekly in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Maintain accurate labor records and project documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for government contracts and audits.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation.
- Create and manage spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
- Assist the office team with scheduling, communications, and basic clerical duties.
- Proven experience with certified payroll processing and compliance.
- General knowledge of prevailing wage laws and related reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with DIR and LCP Tracker is a bonus.
- Prior administrative experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits
