Accurately enter and process time and attendance data, including mileage, PTO, and reimbursements.

Verify pay codes and pay rates to ensure compliance with wage and hour guidelines.

Review and audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Work closely with a friendly team to meet important payroll deadlines.

Use your Excel skills to organize and analyze payroll information.

2+ years of data entry experience and 2 years of Payroll Support Experience preferable in a large corporate environment

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred).

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
