      Job Description: Job Duties:

      Gather information on security of internal systems
      Assist with contract routing and analysis of vendor security posture
      Monitor network logs and detect threats
      Learn and review existing security technologies
      Required Qualifications:

      Degree program(s) / Current Status: Senior level undergraduate student, graduate student, or recently graduated with Computer Science and Cybersecurity concentrations
      Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.8 minimum cumulative GPA.
      Relevant Experience: Experience working with security technologies helpful, but not necessary
      Other Qualifications:

      Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
      Knowledge of security frameworks is a plus.
      Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication abilities.
      Must demonstrate the ability to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
      Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment and team-oriented.
      Undergraduates must be able to work 15 20 hours per week during the Spring and Fall semesters and 30 40 hours per week during the Summer. Recent graduates must be able to work 30 40 hours per week year round.
      Must be able to commute to/ provide your own housing in Baton Rouge, LA.
