Job Description

- Manage the payroll process administration
- Provide payroll support to Mediclinic Southern Africa, ER24 & Namibia
- Provide systems support and guidance
- Calculate tax and UIF and answer queries
- Perform payroll validation and audit processes
- Tertiary Education in Finance / Human Resources / Payrol
- 3 year Diploma/ Degree in Finance / Payroll / Human Resources
- At least 3 years experience in corporate payroll environmen
- 5 years experience in corporate payroll environment
- Experience in SAP
- Computer skills in Word and Excel, with experience in using spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledge and understanding of SARS codes for tax calculation purposes
- Knowledge of computerised payroll software
- Understanding of HR and Remuneration principles
- Understanding of ongoing legislative changes which affect payroll (e.g. POPIA)
- Understanding of payroll terminology and process

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To validate and capture payroll inputs supplied by either HR departments at Hospital level or Service Centre, offer payroll processing, correction advice and support these departments according to the Mediclinic policies and procedure.
