Job Description

Manage and develop relationship with clients.
Input, verify and transmit payroll data for clients.
Update the payroll system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, department changes or any other pertinent payroll information received.
Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports as needed.
Complete mortgage and SUI verifications, as requested.
Assist with workers' compensation audits, preparation of employee census data, upload retirement plan contribution data, respond to tax notices as necessary.
Process bonus payments and other special payrolls upon request.
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of payroll experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with payroll software is required; knowledge of ADP is preferred

About the role:
CLA is seeking a Payroll Processing Analyst (Payroll Analyst II) to join our HR Systems & Payroll (HRSP) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling a wide range of payroll responsibilities, including administration, distribution and record-keeping for our valued clients.

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.
For Minnesota the pay range for this role is $26.70 to $38.90 per hour.
For Washington the pay range for this role is $24.60 to $35.90 per hour.
For Illinois the pay range for this role is $23.50 to 34.40#LI-SK1
