What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process assigned client base payrolls accurately and timely
- Calculate paychecks from gross to net with deductions
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Manage requests for paycode/deduction set-up, job codes, PTO, and other changes
- Respond to audit data requests and ensure garnishments are included in payroll
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to exceed customer expectations and troubleshoot errors
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially intermediate Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with UKG Pro
- Advanced Excel skills
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Background in a HRO, PEO, or Payroll Processing Firm
- Knowledge of processing restaurant/tipped employee payroll
