      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise a team of payroll employees, ensuring compliance and quality standards in payroll processing
      - Act as the primary client contact to maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction
      - Train and mentor team members, identifying development needs and coordinating additional training
      - Track productivity and performance standards, ensuring established levels are achieved, especially during critical periods
      - Collaborate with peers to establish best practices and serve as backup to the Customer Team Manager as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma
      - Minimum of 5 years of Payroll/Tax experience
      - At least 3 years of people leadership experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree
      - FPC or CPP certification preferred
      - Experience in a fast-paced work environment
      - Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
      - Ability to handle conflict and challenging issues effectively
