      Job Description

      This role is Hybrid role and with 4 days remote and 1 day, Wednesday, in the Alpharetta, GA Office.

      What You Will Do:

      • Assist with payroll processing and audits, ensuring compliance with timelines and accuracy across multiple states
      • Generate and reconcile payroll reports, process off-cycle payments, and support quarterly/year-end activities
      • Partner with internal and external teams for system testing, training, and resolving payroll issues
      • Utilize Workday and other platforms to maintain payroll and HRIS system accuracy and assist with process improvements
      • Communicate effectively to support payroll inquiries and maintain documentation of procedures and transactions

      What We Are Looking For:

      • 2+ years payroll experience with at least 1 year processing multi-state payrolls and timekeeping administration
      • Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage/hour laws, and regulatory reporting
      • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking preferred
      • High school diploma required; BA/BS in Accounting, HR, or related field preferred
      • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
