Job Description

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all MENAT entities in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Address and resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries, adhering to legislative standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulations.
- Manage and assist with tax-related responsibilities associated with payroll.
- Perform bookkeeping and month-end tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Address complex payroll activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related questions and provide expert advice.
- Support ad hoc projects as required.
- Identify and implement improvements in policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide team support and act as a backup for management when needed.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based computer applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively, minimize errors, and maintain high-quality output using detailed checklists and procedures.
- Capacity to work efficiently under strict and meaningful regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
- Preferrable: Master’s degree in a related field & Knowledge of SAP systems.
