      Job Summary

      Summary: This position performs all administrative tasks associated with people management at Fresh and Ready. Duties include processing payroll and subsequent reports, maintaining the time clock for associates, confirming all time entered correctly and on time, assisting with onboarding and orientation of new hires, and entering vacation and sick pay for associates. In addition, this position supports office and operation staff with administrative human resources needs with the enforcement of the attendance policy. Bilingual is a must.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Daily monitoring and correcting time sheets, printing paystubs for associates as needed, printing w2's as required, entering vacation and sick time.
      • Ensuring holiday pay, sick pay, and vacation pay is entered correctly and tracked as per policy.
      • Responsible for expert knowledge of the employee handbook and company policy and procedures.
      • Assisting with employee requests.
      • Prepare documentation per operations request (such as progressive counseling reports). This position may ONLY prepare such documents and is not allocated to facilitate counseling or write-ups.
      • Responsible for completing the onboarding process for new hires.
      • Responsible for filling out, filing, and maintaining accurate and organized employee personnel files.
      • Tracking new hires and entering stay bonuses.
      • Process off-cycle payments and bonus payments.
      • Intercept call-offs and late arrivals and appropriately communicate and track them.
      • Other job duties and functions as needed.


      Qualifications:

      • Bilingual in English/Spanish required
      • Previous payroll operations/customer service payroll specialist experience, or 2 years of previous customer service call center experience.
      • Previous experience working with clients in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented service environment.
      • Payroll processing knowledge and SAP experience preferred
