Process payroll data accurately and on schedule using Workday payroll software.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports (e.g., earnings, tax withholdings, benefit deductions).

Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.

Administer wage garnishments and ensure proper handling of benefit and tax deductions.

Conduct employment and income verifications related to payroll.

Maintain payroll records and update employee headcount reports as needed.

Support payroll training initiatives and recommend relevant resources.

Provide excellent internal customer service.

Perform additional payroll-related duties as assigned.

Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.

Workday payroll system experience is required.

Strong understanding of general payroll practices and multi-state payroll processing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
