  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process bi-weekly payroll, including regular wages, bonuses, and garnishments
  - Monitor and post weekly employee timesheets and oversee Paid Time Off tracking
  - Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll and tax laws
  - Maintain and update employee payroll records and generate internal payroll reports
  - Coordinate with payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent required
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  - Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  - Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to regional offices
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Paycor payroll software a plus
  - Familiarity with ERP systems; Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred
  - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  - Excellent time management and communication skills
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
