What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and apply company payroll processes and policies
- Perform a variety of payroll operational tasks to resolve customer service issues
- Utilize the payroll system to view employee payroll information
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing transactions
- Act as the first line of response and resolution for customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent, college coursework or degree preferred
- 3 years of related work experience with proven customer service skills
- 1+ year previous payroll experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to adapt to shifting work priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a payroll-related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
