Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred not required.
• 5+ years of full cycle payroll experience, including processing for both exempt and non-exempt employees, 10+ years required if lacking degree.
• 200+ Employees, Exempt & Non Expempt
• All employees are CA based
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now OR 5+ years of ADP Payroll Processing required, eTime (+)
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, wage and hour laws, and tax regulations (PTO/Garnishments, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with discretion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
