What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and administer bi-weekly payroll for over 11,000 employees in the US and Canada
- Calculate and reconcile termination payments in compliance with state regulations
- Ensure accurate processing of taxable benefits and stock-based compensation transactions
- Develop and maintain payroll reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Strong understanding of US and Canada labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formula functions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high accuracy in tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FPC or CPP certification is a plus
- Experience in international/expat payrolls and equity compensation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with limited supervision
- Demonstrated judgment in addressing potential issues proactively
- Highly detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
