What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payroll for all USA employees and provide backup support for international payroll jurisdictions
- Enter and manage employee data in payroll systems, including new hires, departures, and absences
- Calculate and maintain compliance with statutory holiday entitlements and workers' compensation
- Prepare and issue year-end payroll reports and assist with audits as needed
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding payroll and benefits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a payroll specialist role, with full cycle payroll management experience
- Familiarity with year-end processing and regulatory compliance in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/relevant experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and financial skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Membership with the American Payroll Association or Certified Payroll Professional designation
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
