What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the bi-weekly payroll cycle, including timecard review and pay data imports
- Perform bi-weekly timecard audits for meal break compliance
- Document policies and procedures related to payroll functions
- Maintain and troubleshoot physical time clocks to ensure accurate timekeeping
- Collaborate with the HRIS Analyst on system implementations and data integrity as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as INDEX, MATCH, and SUMIFS
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing payroll data and reports

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate payroll information effectively in both languages
- 2 or more years of experience in a startup environment
- Knowledge of SOX compliance standards
- Experience with benefits administration
