What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and maintain payroll systems, including software configuration, user access, and system updates
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of payroll information
- Identify opportunities to enhance payroll system functionality and usability, working closely with stakeholders
- Ensure payroll systems and processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years of related experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as Kronos, ADP, Workday, or SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
