What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle banking activities such as check deposits, pension payments, and manual wires
- Support global business and finance teams in analyzing and resolving ledger inquiries
- Perform month and quarter-end reconciliations of payroll bank accounts
- Conduct day-to-day accounting activities and prepare bank reconciliation documents
- Assist with payroll accounting projects and provide support for payroll tax activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll Tax
- Associate degree preferred
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll/Taxation for US, Canada & Puerto Rico
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent Accounting Applications
- Strong Excel skills required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in HR Shared Services
- Payroll Certification FPC or CPP desired
- Ability to work independently and manage projects
- Strong integrity, professionalism, communication, and accountability
- Experience working in a fast-changing environment
