What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance efficiencies with state and local agency submissions and follow-ups
- Communicate with state agencies on behalf of multiple clients and projects
- Gather, collate, interpret, and follow up on project data with clients
- Ensure quick and accurate completion of government forms and manage interactions with state agency representatives
- Evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses in a dynamic environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with payroll taxes, specifically unemployment insurance, state withholding tax, and local withholding tax
- At least 3 years' experience assisting clients with payroll complexities and resolving issues
- Understanding of the SUTA Dumping Prevention Act of 2004 and associated compliance reporting
- Knowledge of tax laws regarding reporting in different states
- Experience in payroll tax filing issues and resolution across multiple states

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience registering, filing, and resolving payroll tax accounts in various states
- Ability to manage dated material and adhere strictly to deadlines
