      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process all federal, state, and local taxes in Workday, ensuring compliance for new employees
      - Review address changes and coordinate with employees to maintain tax compliance
      - Manage and maintain ADP, including tax jurisdiction setup and reconciliation of payments
      - Act as the administrator on ADP Smart Compliance, overseeing year-end balancing and reporting
      - Collaborate with the Workday Team to test new releases and implement state-regulated changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field (experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree)
      - 3-5 years of payroll experience required
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for processing complex transactions
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience in group presentations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel
