- Prepare and provide analysis on general ledger account reconciliations.
- Lead Administrator for the Financial Authorization System (FAS), a formal system that houses authorization limits for employees. It identifies individuals who can authorize expenditures, the types of expenditures, and limits associated with each level of authorization.
- Process bi-weekly and weekly 401k and HSA funding in coordination with the Payroll and Benefits Teams.
- Work with corporate accounting to review and post monthly Stock Based Compensation entries.
- Handling and processing monthly remittances to unions for dues and Health & Welfare and Pension. Requires a high attention to detail to ensure continual compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead coordinator for union third party audits.
- Work with respective region controllers to post monthly capital labor entries.
- This position may provide functional advice and/or training to less-experienced accounting positions.
- Process periodic benefit invoices received throughout the month.
- Generate accounts receivable invoices as needed.
- Other general accounting duties, as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or an equivalent Master’s degree, is required
- 1-3 years relevant accounting experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.
- Excellent positive professional demeanor with emphasis on interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work extended hours at month end to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- JD Edwards and Oracle Business Intelligence experience is preferred.

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $67,750 - $93,000
