What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire client onboarding implementation project, including discovery, requirements gathering, and project plan creation
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating direct communication for assigned projects
- Coordinate and conduct benefit discussions with all parties, managing internal and external efforts for benefit plan requirements
- Monitor, track, and report project status and performance to stakeholders, including issue escalation and mitigation
- Work with clients and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve implementation issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management
- Proven project management experience with complex projects and various stakeholders
- Experience in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office Project
- 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 1+ years of Medicare and/or Medicaid client implementation experience
- PBM Account Management experience
- Ability to influence without authority and drive results in a complex environment
