  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the execution of automation initiatives at various sites, ensuring successful implementation
  - Support site preparation infrastructure work in collaboration with engineering and project teams
  - Manage the Site Readiness execution to ensure sites are prepared for deployment
  - Coordinate training delivery for new users in automation roles as sites prepare for go-lives
  - Identify and resolve issues and risks throughout the deployment process
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of Logistics/Warehousing experience
  - Proven results in leading warehouse operations and utilizing tools and processes
  - Ability to travel 60% to 80% of the time
  - Exceptional work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of experience in project management
  - Experience working with engineering resources
  - Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate teams for successful results
