      Req#: 23626198

You're the brains behind our work.

You’re ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, and Citi wants to help you get there. Whether it’s honing your skills or building your network, we know that success can’t come without growth. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team and establish a long-term career here. At Citi, we value internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when.

Our Personal Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM) Technology teams diligently work behind the scenes to help deliver best-in-class service for our customers. And as client expectations continue to evolve rapidly, our unique model is well-positioned to evolve with them. We deliver software that has a variety of end users: mobile apps and websites that help our customers manage their money; desktop software that allows our customer service agents to provide support and advice; and internal databases, microservices, and tools that Citi teams rely upon every day.

Citi’s PBWM Technology Summer Analyst Program is seeking students for the Leadership & Delivery track. These positions are based in Dallas, Texas, and Jacksonville, Florida for students with targeted graduation dates between December 2024 and May 2025. The Summer Analyst program starts in early June and runs for 10 weeks.

We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

Starting in June, the PBWM Technology Summer Analyst Program provides a 10-week immersive experience in one of our PBWM Technology teams. There are three tracks within this program:

Software Development (iOS, Android, Angular, Java)

Data & Analytics (Data Engineer, Machine Learning & Visualization)

Leadership & Delivery (Project Management, Product Management & more, see below)

Each track focuses on different skillsets, has its own application/interview process, and leads to full-time opportunities. All Summer Analysts will receive training, networking, and mentoring opportunities to help build the necessary skills for future success. Roles are assigned based on their skills and interests, as well as business needs.

Your time here will look something like this…

As part of the Leadership & Delivery track, you’d be placed in a role focused on project leadership and delivery. Examples of roles for the Leadership & Delivery track include:

      · Project management

      · Product management

      · Business analysis

      · Software architecture

      · Process re-engineering

      · Risk management

      · UI/UX Design

      · Business management/Chief of Staff

While technical knowledge is preferred, it is not required for these positions. You will make an impact with your communication, analytical and organizational skills, and you would likely not spend time writing code. Leadership & Delivery track roles can vary in scope and scale — managing the delivery of one specific project, tracking closure of risk/governance items across dozens of teams, or assessing financial impacts that range from thousands to millions of dollars. Success in these roles requires being proactive, having excellent written and verbal communication skills, and solving problems amid a variety of people and process constraints.

The Leadership & Delivery track feeds into the full-time PBWM Technology Analyst Program, which provides two one-year rotations along with extensive soft skill and leadership development, all aimed at developing well-rounded professionals who can succeed in a diverse range of project delivery roles.

We want to hear from you if…

You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - preferred disciplines include: Information Systems, Information Technology and other similar business/technology majors. Computer Science majors are also accepted, but typically prioritized for engineering tracks

You have a GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)

You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Who we think will be a great fit…

A dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital. As industries all over the globe continue to restructure and grow, we are hiring professionals who have a global perspective on the future of banking and want to make an impact.
