  Job Description:

  JOB SUMMARY

  The PC Maintenance Technician assists our Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) customers with endpoint technology equipment including PCs, printers, monitors, scanners, phones, peripherals and other related equipment. This individual will also be involved with major systems updates that affect hardware or software applications.

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  EDUCATION

  For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

  Minimum Required: Associate degree or four years’ experience in related field.

  Preferred/Optional: None.

  EXPERIENCE

  Minimum Required: Experience with desktop and mobile computers, printers and other desktop technologies. Demonstrated experience with Windows desktop operating systems and computer science.

  Preferred/Optional: Mac desktop operating systems. Software product knowledge for Microsoft products.

  CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

  Minimum Required: Applicable State drivers license with acceptable driving record.

  Preferred/Optional: None.
