      Electric Boat D475 seeks a self-motivated, team player to join its team. This position is for a P/C Techaid. This position requires strong communication skills. Job functions include but are not limited to:

      • Design/create/maintain forms for managing IS #190 access
      • Gather and post department metrics
      • Scribe and publish meeting minutes as appropriate
      • Develop agendas for meetings and training
      • Coordinate department training schedule, internal and external
      • Maintain operation center displays to facilitate tracking issues/outages
      • Track status for department documentation including MDDs, MDPs and internal documentation to meet government requirements for annual review

      A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required to be successful in this role.

      Please note - this role is 100% on site and does not have an option for regular remote work

      Qualifications

      Required:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 3+ years of relevant experience
      • Must currently hold a final DoD Secret clearance

      Preferred:

      • College Degree
      • Relevant experience in an IT organization
      • Experience with Microsoft Visio
      • Experience generating and maintaining digital forms
