What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree with a strong engineering background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HW & SW development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition tools
