Job Title: PCB Layout Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Layout Designer to join a cutting-edge R&D team working on advanced telecommunications hardware. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of high-performance, multi-layer circuit boards used in next-generation wireless infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and layout of complex PCBs (12+ layers) for high-speed digital and RF applications.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to implement optimal layout strategies.
• Ensure compliance with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC requirements.
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM/DFT standards are met.
Top Skills & Experience:
• PCB Layout experience with 12+ layer boards.
• Strong experience in RF/Radio design, including antenna and filter integration.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles.
• Proficiency with Cadence Allegro 17.2 or higher.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., SerDes, DDR).
• Familiarity with telecom or networking hardware.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
