      Janney’s Corporate Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity beginning June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 for students entering their senior year of undergraduate study who are on track to graduate in Spring 2026.

      The summer intern will work with all trading desks under the PCG trading universe. This would be a great opportunity to learn how Taxable & Municipal Fixed Income, Exchange Traded Products and Advisory Trade desks work. The candidate will learn the different investments and trading strategies that our traders use to help satisfy our retail client base. They will also learn from and interact with other areas of the firm such as operations and compliance that help keep the trade desks operational. Daily work may include ad hoc reports, projects and one on one interaction.

      • Prioritizing: operate in a fast-paced environment eff ectively managing competing priorities and responsibilities to meet critical deadlines
      • Building Relationships: Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships

      Responsibilities:

      • Respond to adhoc project requests
      • Assist traders with daily admin work
      • Pull data and create reports as requested

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn and use internal proprietary systems
      • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
      • Student mentality. Leveraging your objective perspective to ask questions about processes and contribute to solving problems
      • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and quickly grasp concepts and information to apply to work assignments
      • Strong commitment to outstanding client service
      • Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in extracurricular activities
      • Disciplined approach to work in a hybrid role
      • Desire for a career in the financial services industry

      Program Eligibility Requirements:

      • Currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college/university and actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
      • Must be a rising Senior (graduating in Spring 2026)
      • Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) during the internship
      • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
      • Finance major preferred
