- American Heart Association’s Target: Stroke Honor Roll award. To qualify for this recognition, hospitals must meet specific criteria that reduce the time between an eligible patient’s arrival at the hospital and treatment with a clot-buster thrombolytic.
- All three Post-Acute Rehab programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and both Acute Inpatient Rehab Units are Stroke Certified.
- Our Skilled Nursing Unit is CMS 5 Star rated and has been recognized by US News and World Report as best in Short Term Rehabilitation for 3 consecutive years.

Thank you for your interest in our Patient Care Tech positions. We have openings in both Acute Rehab and Transitional Care Units at our hospitals located:
MacNeal Hospital 3249 S. Oak Park Ave, Berwyn
Gottlieb Hospital 701 W North Ave, Melrose Park, IL Melrose Park
We are looking for PCT's that can commit to Full-Time, Part-Time, or Registry
Full-time – 40 hours per week - Day/Evening/Nights
Full-time – 36 hours per week - Day/Evening/Nights
Part-time – 20 hours per week - Day/Evening/Nights

Our units work with patients that are post stroke, heart attack, transplant and o rtho procedures in an inpatient setting . Average patient stay is up to 10 days.

Position Requirements
Minimum Education:
Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
Minimum Experience:
Required: Less than one year of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Licensure/Certifications:
Required: Current member of the Illinois Department of Health's Nurse Aide Registry.
Current BLS Certification thru the American Heart Association
Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment visa for this position.
Salary Range: $16.70 - $25.53 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
