What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a lead for Admit Workers, assisting with workflow and resolving complex issues
- Register patients and verify insurance or third-party coverage
- Schedule, confirm, and cancel patient appointments
- Perform general clerical and reception duties
- Train new staff and monitor their progress in Radiology front desk duties and call center scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a call center setting plus 12 months of experience in a healthcare setting or a call center in a healthcare setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and insurance programs
- Experience using office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of university and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
- Experience working with patient registration software systems
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese
