What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide transportation for an autistic 15-year-old with Down syndrome to routine appointments and fun outings
- Assist with personal care tasks including personal hygiene support and incontinence care
- Engage in leisure activities such as trips to playgrounds, shopping, and walks
- Support communication through AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) methods
- Prepare light meals and supervise meal times
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must own a vehicle, have a good driving record, and provide proof of insurance
- Prior work experience with children, especially those with disabilities

- Successful completion of a background check
- BA or BS degree is welcome but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or education in fields such as speech language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, special education, nursing, pediatrics, or rehabilitation psychology
