What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to incorporate skills and exercises into daily routines
- Maintain a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-first mentality
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
- Engage in continuous learning through CEU courses and professional development programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the respective state
- Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pediatric therapy settings
- Certification as a clinical instructor
- Familiarity with professional education planning and mentorship programs
