- Req#: 196916
- Up to 184 hours of PTO & holiday pay annually, which increases with tenure (this includes a full week at Christmas)

- You hold a current Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- You have a master's degree from a university with a curriculum approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- You love to collaborate and work in a team-based atmosphere
- You meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth
- You hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- You effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
- You have experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

- Provides skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses, ages 0-21 years
- Maintains and manages a full-time caseload and consistently hits target goal
- Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
- Participates in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
- Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
- Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines

*Salary range based on years of experience and specialties like feeding, dyslexia, neuro, and autism
