What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
- Connect with callers over the phone, building rapport and client engagement
- Provide available resources and information to callers
- Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking to support callers
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain a commitment to personal recovery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or Equivalent
- Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire necessary certifications
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work the primary schedule of 3:30PM to 11:30PM Mountain Time (MT)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
- Familiarity with New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL)
