      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support over the phone to individuals in crisis or seeking assistance
      - Build rapport and engage clients by connecting with their experiences
      - Offer available resources and information to callers in need
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire necessary certifications
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support environments
      - Additional certifications related to mental health or peer support
      - Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
      - Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
