      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to callers, connecting with individuals in need over the phone
      - Build rapport and engage clients while maintaining HIPAA compliance
      - Offer resources and information to callers to assist with their needs
      - Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a supportive role
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire necessary certifications
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a focus on personal recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or support services
      - Familiarity with mental health resources and community services
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
      - Proficiency in using technology and remote communication tools
